Constructed from durable aluminum plating with snap-on buckle adjustable leather straps and integrated LEDs. Takes 4 "N" batteries (included). Lights will stay on for about 3-5 hours. N batteries are fairly common and are usually around $2 a pair if you find a good place to buy them. Contact us if you would like some extra batteries included with your order. Extra vertebrae are available by request to lengthen the spine for $40 each extra segment, contact us for this option. Spine has a poseable metal backing so you can bend it to match the curvature of your back.
